At Asim Jofa, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase by offering a seamless returns and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and sale items are generally final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items and ship them back to our designated warehouse address using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Resolution Process

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a digital voucher for future use within 5-7 business days.
